URGENT ! Presidents send proxies
Hi Club Presidents,
Greetings to you on this beautiful Tuesday. I like to call upon your help to assist in sending your proxies.
We need all the votes which carry your voice to make changes for the better. There are decision and voting rights for us to carry during the Toastmasters International convention in US.
Kindly follow the following steps to pursue this action.
If you have any difficulties, please seek your Area Governors for assistance whom are CC in this email.
Your club may designate its proxy by following these instructions:
- Go to www.toastmasters.org/Members
- Log in by clicking the Login button.
- Click on the Club Central link.
- Click on the club name in which you are president or secretary.
- Click on the Assign/Delegate Club Proxy link.
- This will take you to the club proxy submission page.
- Make your selection from the list provided.
If you are the president or secretary of multiple clubs, listed below are the individual club numbers followed by the proxy number assigned to that club.
NOTE: Each club is assigned a unique proxy number that is not interchangeable and is case sensitive.
Club xxxxxx - Club name, ProxyID xxxxxx
If the club officers have changed, please notify World Headquarters immediately by going to the club business section of the website and making the appropriate changes. You can also email the changes to clubofficers@toastmasters.org or call Member Services at 949-858-8255.
