Division S - SEE YOU AT THE TOP - ARE YOU ONE OF THEM?

Division S has prepared a special programme for leaders, club exco, potential members and Toastmasters with a very active T-cell in them to join!

The programme is  called "SEE YOU AT THE  TOP". 

Speakers : Muthukumaran (District 51 International Speech Champion 2011), Saw Chin Bin (Champions of many Speech Championships) and Christopher Choong (Division S Governor) as well as a mysterious guest speakers to share about goal setting, speech preparation, leadership and teamwork!

Game masters : Tan Chia Lih (by popular demand of Watersports Teambuilding 2011), Kay Sock Phoh (Past AG for S4) and Koay Ee San (AG for S5) 

It's a 2D/1N event up in Nature's Lodge Bungalow, Penang Hill and it will feature a string of exciting programmes such as  below :

Area S1 Humorous Speech & Evaluation Contest Result

Dear fellow Toastmasters,

Area S1 Humorous & Evaluation Contest has successfully held on 20-Aug'11 (Sat). Sincerely "Thank You" to all the helpers that worked thru-out the event. I'd like to announce again the result as follow:

Humorous Contest:
Champion: Yeap Leng Leng (Renesas Success)
1st Runner-up: Loh Chee Keong (Renesas Success)

Evaluation Contest:
Champion: Kanmany (Renesas Pride)
1st Runner-up: Rathiga (Penang Advanced)
2nd Runner-up: Neoh Soon Hueng (Penang Advanced)

The Champion of both contest shall represent Area S1 to the Division Contest which shall be held on 11-Sep'11. Pls prepare yourself & All the Best to YOU!

We need all the votes which carry your voice to make changes for the better. There are decision and voting rights for us to carry during the Toastmasters International convention in US.

Kindly follow the following steps to pursue this action.

If you have any difficulties, please seek your Area Governors for assistance whom are CC in this email.

Your club may designate its proxy by following these instructions:

8. Go to www.toastmasters.org/Members
Log in by clicking the Login button.
Click on the Club Central link.
Click on the club name in which you are president or secretary.
Click on the Assign/Delegate Club Proxy link.
This will take you to the club proxy submission page.
Make your selection from the list provided.

If you are the president or secretary of multiple clubs, listed below are the individual club numbers followed by the proxy number assigned to that club.

NOTE: Each club is assigned a unique proxy number that is not interchangeable and is case sensitive.

Club xxxxxx         -  Club name, ProxyID xxxxxx

If the club officers have changed, please notify World Headquarters immediately by going to the club business section of the website and making the appropriate changes. You can also email the changes to clubofficers@toastmasters.org or call Member Services at 949-858-8255.
